Their 3-grip design makes them easy to handle and safer to lift, while the machine-bored holes ensure a secure fit on Olympic bars. Reinforced grips with added cast iron at the base increase durability and help prevent damage from drops. A raised grip design also makes it easier to lift the plates off the ground. Please note, the 2.5 lb, 5 lb, and 100 lb sizes do not include grip handles. These VTX Plates are ideal for schools, training studios, apartment fitness centers, and hotel gyms.
