Equipped with 24 resistance levels and a broad 20–450 watt power range, this elliptical cross trainer delivers a smooth, low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Its Eddy Current Brake (ECB) system ensures consistent, quiet resistance, paired with a comfortable 20-inch stride for reduced joint stress. A 7.5-inch LCD display with LED backlight tracks essential workout data such as time, distance, RPM, pulse, speed, calories, and resistance level. Users can monitor heart rate through built-in contact sensors or a compatible wireless chest strap.
