These Body-Solid Dumbbell Handles provide a knurled gripping surface for a more secure grip and have smooth weight sleeves designed to work with standard 1-inch hole diameter weight lifting plates. Weightlifting collars are not included with your order.

Body-Solid Standard Dumbbell Handles are for residential use only. They are ideal for basic exercises, such as arm curls, shoulder presses, deltoid raises, and more. However, added care and attention to the weight plates and collars are needed during exercise to prevent weight plate slippage.
