This lat pulldown machine supports high and mid-level cable exercises, including lat pulls, triceps press downs, and seated mid-rows. It comes with your choice of a 210 lb or 310 lb weight stack and is ideal for light commercial settings like school gyms, studios, apartment fitness rooms, hotels, and corporate fitness rooms.
