This Body-Solid Bench adjusts easily for flat, incline, or decline positions, giving you plenty of versatility to hit different muscle groups, and it features a durable DuraFirm™ pad that stays comfortable during tough sets while resisting moisture and wear. Instead of a weak pop-pin design, it uses a strong hook-and-ladder system for secure, fast adjustments. Transport wheels on the back make moving it around simple, so it's always where you need it. Whether you're benching heavy or knocking out incline curls, this adjustable workout bench is built to keep up without getting in your way.
